The Yale Show: a musical by students, for students, about students. More specifically, a show for, by, and about those students that can only be found at Yale. For example, there's Lauren, a senior tour guide who can tell you everything about Yale, except what it means to her. There's also Russell, a Rock Band playing freshmen who just can't seem to find his niche. Or Sarah, a junior just returning from a semester abroad, only to find that no one understands how it changed her life. Elliot's a sophmore hockey player and English major, out to prove that "student athlete" isn't an oxy moron. To round out the cast, there's Professor Wharton, teaching this semester's "must take" class (bigger than porn in the morn!), his TA Igor, voted "Most Beautiful Hunchback" by Rumpus, and Professor Goldfarb, the students' sincere (and sincerely unpublished) English prof. Add to the mix cameos by Theodore Dwight Woolsey and new YCC prez Jon Wu, such poignant soliloquies as "To bro or not to bro," lots of study zombies, an attack on extra-curriculars by an evil professor, and (of course) a naked party or two, and you've got yourself a Yale Show. So, get ready. The Yale Show '09 is bigger and better than ever, and definitely bigger and better than anything else you'd do during reading week. See you there. *Friday, 10pm- Alumni night! Cast
