Macbeth

A Senior Project for Jamie Biondi, Sam Lasman and Kate Pitt

by William Shakespeare

Poster of Macbeth

Reservations are available above! Our production of Macbeth seeks to re-envision this Old World tale of murder and ambition in a New World setting. Playing upon deeply American currents of power, conspiracy, and bloodshed, our Macbeth will take place in a timeless landscape of American mythmaking shaped by everything from the horror of Edgar Allan Poe to the glamour of the Kennedy White House. As we explore the powerful and contradictory forces that drive ordinary citizens to extreme acts, we will engage the audience in a parallel search for their role in the collusion of violence, politics, and paranoia.
